Overview

Repost is feature that will help the listing goes up instantly. This feature which was already at the market before (rumah.com as a competitor), but not in ours. With the new agent acquisition, it will also be easier for us to introduce to them as they were more familiar with it before and used it almost everyday.


Background

On November 30th, 2023 one of our competitors Rumah.com will cease its operations. This will be a great momentum to strengthen our position as the leader in the market as well as to grow our Agent base. We believe that by this opportunity, we can acquire approximately 3,000 new agents who previously are not tied to Rumah123.

Rumah123 goal is to help those agents to sell their property faster. In order to do this, agents will need to have and activate the product booster such as Premier or Featured first as it will improve the listing position inside each booster bucket. As a result, it will turn several areas to be more saturated and to have more competition among others. Thus, we can provide one more solution to enable the agents to be on top.


Objective

  • Repost implementation will significantly increase our revenue

  • Increase number of product booster activation due to higher competition on saturated areas to get more visibility

  • Increase product booster transaction 


Key Insight

Based on the results of the deep dive that has been carried out, we found that:

  • Most of agent like to use Sundul because they feels:

    • The Sundul feature offers an affordable way to enhance agent listings.

    • Performance Evaluation in real-time.

    • Consistently brings in a higher volume of inquiries from potential buyers.

    • The liberty to select the optimal time for Sunduling our listings (sense of control).

  • 1 out of 5 agent that interviewed, prefers to prefer to use products that are managed by the system without the direct involvement (simple approach).

    • This reminds the challenge that we need to consider the daily activities of agents who often do outside activities (property visits, canvassing, etc.), which means that there are some agents who find automated systems more helpful.

  • Various pattern of sundul usage:

    • Repeatedly everyday, at early evening, around 6-7 pm.

    • 3 times in one day: in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

    • 4x a week on saturday and sunday, during peak times at 5 am and 10-11 am.

  • Most of Agents Rumah.com are addicted to use Repost (Sundul) because it simplifies the utilization of Rumah.com products for optimizing their listings.

    • It grants agent the flexibility to choose between Turbo or Spotlight, aligning with their unique listing strategies.

Repost usage more than 1.000 times in the first day this feature launched.
By creating this product, we have created a new product booster as new monetization channel that can increase our revenue. This is very good because users have an additional booster option that makes it easier for them to boost their listing on Rumah123 and get their listing more visible. By creating Repost feature, users can manage their listing and use it as boost whenever they want. Hopefully, this features can help user to get more leads from consumer.
